I have a straightforward approach for providing media for 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments, studios, and small living spaces: $125 / unit / service. For vacant or staged units up to 3BR/2BA, I have a flat $125 per unit, per service provided. Select which services you would like and multiply that by the number of interior units being captured.If you’d like an exterior update (ground + aerial), that’s $150 for most properties.

• Exterior photos (includes drone & ground) - $150

Multiply those rates by how many units you have ready for pictures, decide if you’d like to add exteriors for $150, and that’s the cost (excluding any travel outside of PDX). There is a $250 minimum per trip, so if a single service is booked (just one apartment interior photo, just exterior pictures, etc), $250 is the base cost.
