I have a very straightforward approach for providing media for 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments, studios, and small living spaces: $125 per service. For vacant or staged units up to 3BR/2BA, I have a flat $125 per unit, per service provided. Select which services you would like, multiply that by the number of interior units being captured, and that’s that. If you’d like an exterior update (ground + aerial), that’s $150 (for properties up to 300 rentals).

• Exterior photos - $150

Multiple that by how many units you have vacant/ready for pictures, decide if you’d like to add exteriors for $150, and that’s the cost (excluding any travel outside of PDX). There is a $200 minimum per trip, so if a single service is booked (just one apartment interior photo, just exterior pictures, etc), $200 is the base cost.
